NICHOLSON VINEYARDS WINS 3 SILVER AWARDS
IN CALIFORNIA STATE FAIR WINE COMPETITION
Nicholson Vineyards won three Silver Awards at the 2012 California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition. The judges recognized our 2009 Old Vine Zin, 2008 Syrah and 2009 Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains, Peter Martin Ray Vineyard.
The California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition is the oldest and most prestigious judged wine competition in the nation. With more than 2,500 entries from more than 600 wineries, the competition is so large it takes place prior to the fair. The competition was held June 6-8, 2012.
